It's Over....
No, not a love affair. No even a big party. I am thinking about my cardiac testing. I had the ANSAR and carotid ultrasound this afternoon. Neither of them were invasive, only more electronic devices, little electrodes stuck on me in various spots, and lots of little screens with squiggly lines and many numbers.
The nurse told me that she will call me tomorrow and we will set up an appointment time for the discussion with the doctor. Of course none of the techs would tell me a thing. I remember saying that to so many patients. “You’ll have to wait to see the doctor about that.”
So now I wait. And I would be lying if I said I wasn’t concerned. But I am hoping that it’s something minor that can be fixed with a med or perhaps a pacemaker.
Our weather is heating up. We had a good rain yesterday and lots of thunder today. We have about a 50% chance of rain for tomorrow. Summer has come to southeast Texas. Next comes the mosquitoes.

I hope that it will or can be treated with medicine also. Or better yet, diet and exercise.
I'm glad your tests are over sister, I know what a pain they can be.
I'm also happy you're taking the right steps to take care of yourself. That
is very important. You are loved by many.
We might get some much needed rain tonight, but I can certainly do
without the mosquitoes. ugh....
Big hugs, *~matthew~*
I too am glad your tests are over, and hope and pray whatever is wrong can be easily fixed. We had a couple of nice showers today. Much needed. It's warm here too, but not as warm as there. No mosquitoes yet, but most summers we have a lot of them.
Here's hoping for good news for you when you talk with the doctor!
we lit some citronella candles last night while sitting on the back patio, seems like a bunch of baby skeeters have hatched.
glad all the tests are over, now maybe they can fix you!
Just want to pop in and tell you I'm wishing you good luck with the outcome of those tests too. Hard to walk or pick anything up. Got all my fingers and toes crossed for you. (o; O.K. That was a silly comment, but I really do hope you have GOOD NEWS WITH AN EASY FIX, KIDDO!!!!
Prayers for your test to come out good.
We have had lots of rain here and we already have mosquitos--want me to send you some?????????
Hugs and Best Wishes on your tests, Ava!!! I pray that the cure will be simple and easy.
I'm trying to get caught up on reading all my friends. Hugs from the Far Side of the Pacific, ~ Sil
